Do I need to make a reservation? Is it necessary to make a reservation

What is the booking process ?

We strongly recommend making a reservation, especially for weekends,
as our bikes are often fully booked several days in advance. To check availability for a spontaneous pick-up, please visit our booking platform at:

First, you need to see what cargo e-bike fits your needs by seeing all our bikes on OUR FLEET page.

Once you have decided on the model, you can press the
"BOOK NOW" button from the page on the selected bike and continue with all the other processes put in place.

How far in advance I can make a booking ?

For how short / long can I rent a bike?

Do you need any type of ID in order to make a booking ?

Do you charge a deposit when a booking is
made ?

What is your refund/cancellation policy ? 

You can book/reserve our bikes as early as one year before the rental period starts and the latest half an hour before you want the rental period to start.

You can book online periods from 4 hours up to 7 Days.

We don't offer discounts for periods below 4 hours.

Please get in touch with us for more extended periods than 7 days, and we will find custom solution.

Yes - we require ID identification for safety reasons.
After you have made the online booking, please send us a picture of your Passport or National ID on WhatsApp at (+45) 61108808 or by email at contact@loop-rentals.com.

Please add the booking number as a reference.

Yes, we require a deposit to cover any damages or losses that may occur during the rental period. The deposit amount varies depending on the bike but typically ranges from DKK 500 to DKK 3000. The deposit will be automatically added in the online booking process.

We offer:

 

-100% refund policy if your cancellation is until one week (7 days x 24 hours) before the rental period starts

- 50% refund policy if your cancellation is until 48 before the rental period starts

- 0% refund policy if your cancellation is less then 48 hours before the rental period starts.

What is your rescheduling policy? 

How long is a one-day rental

You can to reschedule your booking for free until 48 hours before the rental period starts, but you lose your right to refund/cancel to the new reservation. 

One-day means a same-day pick-up and return and not 24 hours.
