Firstly, you'll learn to remove the battery key from the keychain, which remains inside the battery during bike usage. Turning the key from the lock to the on position activates the battery, illuminating the lights for enhanced visibility in darker conditions. Next, you'll be shown how to insert the AXA key, which has an L-shaped design, into the lock from the left side to release the frame lock and chain. Rest assured, the keys are securely stored within the bike lock while you're on the move.

STEP 04

USING PHONE HOLDER

To begin, press to open the holder, creating a space where you can place your smartphone securely. Once your smartphone is in place, the holder can be closed by pressing the designated button. Occasionally, it may require a firm press to ensure a snug fit. Once everything is adjusted to your liking, you can lock the position in place. At the back of the holder, you will find a red button that needs to be pressed upwards, ensuring that the holder remains securely closed and cannot be accidentally opened.

STEP 07

HOW TO DRIVE
THE BIKE

*visuals at 03:34 in the video above

If you are new to this type of cargo bike, it is recommended to start with the pedal assist set to a very low level. By doing so, you can rely on the throttle for additional power only when necessary. This approach ensures that you have full control during turns, preventing any sudden push from the engine that may feel uncomfortable. When making a turn, the cargo box will naturally tilt towards the inside of the turn. This design is intended to keep your weight centered and maintain stability. To execute a turn correctly, keep your weight inside the bike and avoid leaning excessively.

STEP 02

WHAT`S IN
THE BOX?

If you're tall enough, a simple big step will grant you entry to the bike box. Alternatively, you can open the door conveniently located for easy access. Once seated inside the box, you'll notice the presence of two Y belts designed specifically for smaller children, ensuring their safety during the ride. Additionally, there is a car belt provided to secure the waist. Ample space is available below the seat to accommodate your belongings comfortably. Should you require extra room, the bench can be easily removed.

STEP 05

SWITCHING GEARS
*visuals at 03:03 in the video above

Managing the gears on the bike is a straightforward process. There are two levers responsible for gear shifting. The larger lever is used to shift down, while the smaller lever located below it is used to shift up. To shift down, simply press the larger lever with your thumb. Similarly, to shift up, locate the smaller lever and push it downwards. As you shift gears, keep an eye on the corresponding numbers or indicators to ensure a smooth transition.

STEP 08

REMOVING
THE BATTERY
*visuals at 04:44 in the video above

If you wish to remove the battery, whether it's for when you leave the bike for a longer period or to charge it overnight, follow these steps. Begin by taking the battery key and inserting it into the lock. Press the key inward and turn it to the left. Next, utilize one edge of the key to push out the battery while using the other edge to pull the battery forward. To insert the battery back into the bike, simply slide it in from the back until it reaches the very end. Sometimes, a little extra push may be required for a snug fit.

STEP 03

EXPLAINING THE SCREEN AND THROTTLE
*visuals at 01:43 in the video above

Next, navigate to the controller and press the on button, activating the screen. This screen provides valuable information such as the battery level and the current assist level. Once the screen is on, you can utilize the throttle to accelerate without the need for pedaling. It's important to note that the maximum speed attainable without pedaling is limited to five kilometers per hour. However, when you begin pedaling, the sensor sends a signal to the engine, allowing for further acceleration.

STEP 06

ADJUSTING THE SEAT
*visuals at 03:20 in the video above

The height of the saddle can be easily adjusted to ensure optimal comfort. Using the quick release mechanism, simply employ your thumb to open it up. Once opened, you can adjust the height of the saddle to your desired position. After making the necessary adjustments, close the quick release mechanism to secure the seat in place. If you are new to this type of cargo bike or require a different seating position, this feature allows for a personalized and comfortable riding experience.

STEP 09

USING
THE LOCK
*visuals at 05:21 in the video above

Firstly, take the chain and locate a suitable object to fasten it to, such as bike stands or a lamp post. Insert the pin into the lock and open it using the key. Additionally, lock the frame to further secure the bike. Once the lock is in place, remove the key, signifying that the bike is now locked. If the chain is not long enough to reach the desired object, there is a useful trick. Untie the chain from the bike, providing you with extra length to wrap around a suitable object, ensuring a secure lock.
